 I have a good friend and he is one of my neighborhood. Since we were students of primary school, we had been playing football and basketball. Sometimes we fought with the other, but it didn't make any sense, we would soon play together. With the time goes by, our school work are heavier and heavier, we don't have too much time to play outside. Thus, the contacts between us becoming less and less until to zero. But when I go to university, my dormitory is closed to his. That is really a great surprise! Any words in this world can not describe our feeling. A few days before, I met him in NYC. It's really a bond between us.

 China should not expand the native country's population. At first, we do have the most population in the world. If we keep expanding population, a lot of people may not have enough food. Second, population doesn't make any sense. It may cause a lot of problems. Third, the place can't accept such huge numbers. Thus, I wouldn't like to see my native population expand.

1. Describe a person on whom you can always rely.
   The person who you can always rely on is yourself. There might be someone can help you if you need help. But there may be no one. Relying on yourself can help you get rid of someone else and making yourself become reliable. Thus you can live well.

2. How do you think that government should punish criminals who commit serious crimes?
  I think government shouldn't punish criminals to make them commit their crimes whether the crimes are serious or not. Couture is not accepted to get commitments because the criminals have their own right or they may be undeserved. Someone may commit the crimes he didn't do to stop the punish. Then you get an incorrect criminal.
